October 08
Fri. - Sun 11-12 - Campout - Catholic Scout Retreat, Worth Ranch
We would like to leave Friday afternoon around 4pm. Please have your Scout
at Sacred Heart Church parking lot by 4:00pm. Traveling in Class A uniform.
We will stop along the way for Dinner, Scouts expense please send at least
$7.00 for this meal. Saturday meals and Sunday breakfast will be provided by
the Ranch. Adult leaders for this trip will be Myself, Tom and Penny. CONTACT
DEE at 322 1444 if you need assistance getting your child to the parking lot by
4:00.
We have set up 4 troop sell dates please discuss the times with your scouts
so they can sign up at this coming Mondays meeting
Dates will be
Saturday October 18th 10:00 - 2:00 with
leaders Tom and Scott.
Sunday October 19th 1:00 - 4:00 with
leaders Dee and Penny
Saturday October 25th 10:00 - 2:00 with
leaders Tom and Scott
Sunday October 26th 1:00 - 4:00 with
leaders Dee and Penny
The first week end we will hit the housing areas by base and the second week end
will be determined by Barbara.
Barbara will prepare the maps for the weekend sales. Please work with your
child to set up other times for safe selling that are in addition to the Troop
sell dates. LETS MAKE THIS A BIG SELLING EVENT THIS YEAR!
Popcorn - Final Orders are due by October 27th. The popcorn will be picked up November 8th and be broke down and ready for Scout pickup at the Monday November 10th meeting

Fri. - Sat. 7-8 - Campout, Steve Sells will be working with our Scouts in repelling, Location to be announced.

January is in the planing stages of the Winter Ski
Trip. We are looking at heading up to New Mexico on Thursday January 1st and
returning home Sunday January 4th. We need to confirm these dates and the
scouts who will be participating so we can make arrangements for lodgeing.
